Surnature have complete quality management system, our factory have digital equipment for real-time monitoring from the factory to the workshop clean areas. Process is strictly controlled. From extraction, drying, packaging, every process is done in the closed condition. We mainly insure plant extract products quality from 3 aspects: raw material control, production process control, finished product control.
We insist in inspecting each batch of products before sending out. Hundreds of standard substances are prepared. We have equipped precision testing equipment to make sure that products can meet the standards of Chinese pharmacopeia, Europe pharmacopeia and US pharmacopeia.
Our History
2009
Xi an surnature is established in March, 2009. To make sure the quality of every batch products. We have our own GAP plant base, so we could control the quality strictly from breeding, planting to harvesting.We are implementing pre-testing system, strictly controlling heavy metals, pesticide residues and contents etc.
2015
Xi an surnature has GMP standard factory with two production line, one for herbal extracts, another for fruit powders. We eight 6 MT extracting tanks and three 3 MT extracting tanks. Our Annual value of production more than 5000MT ( including herbal extract and fruit powder), to make sure the every products have stable stocks.
2016
